Sorry, but I've been away from the blog this week. From time to time we have commented on Internet gambling on these pages. Sometimes I get to talk to people from other countries on these matters, including a very thoughtful reporter from the Economist, Mr. Rosenthal, who posted this story. (I understand it will soon be in the print edition of the magazine.)
